  • What amenities are included at Thai Orchid Properties?

    At Thai Orchard Properties, we aim to make your long-term stay comfortable, though amenity offerings vary by location.


    For our Bangkok rentals (21+ days): Properties are rented as unfurnished rooms with basic cooking facilities. We do not provide toiletries like tissues, shampoo, or conditioner. We recommend bringing your own or purchasing them affordably from local 7-Eleven or convenience stores upon arrival.


    For our Pattaya properties: We provide complimentary shower essentials such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, along with free bottled water upon arrival and some tissue rolls. Other personal items like toothbrushes are not included.

    Guest Policy for Thai Orchard Properties


    To ensure comfort and compliance, please note our guest policies:

    For "The Big House" (max 6 guests): The maximum occupancy is six (6) guests overnight.


    For Bungalows (max 2 guests): The maximum occupancy is two (2) guests overnight.


    Any additional guests beyond the stated maximums, for either property type, must be verified and approved in advance. 


    An extra charge of THB 500 per guest per night will apply. Please contact us to confirm any additional guests prior to their arrival.


  • Is parking available at the properties?

    For Bangkok Properties:

    Parking is available on-site. If you're bringing a car, please let us know in advance so we can direct you to your designated parking spot.


    For Pattaya Properties:

    We don't have dedicated on-site parking. However, convenient street parking is available directly in front of the property. Our on-site staff will be happy to assist you upon arrival.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • How Do I Get Around?

    Exploring the area is easy and affordable from all our properties!


    For Pattaya Properties:

    You have convenient options for getting around. Grab is widely available and works just like Uber, allowing you to easily book rides and even food delivery. Alternatively, you can find local taxis directly in front of the property, and our on-site staff will be happy to assist you upon arrival.


    For Bangkok Properties:

    Similar to Pattaya, Grab is your go-to for convenient and affordable transport and food delivery. Local taxis are also readily available throughout the city.
